Project Jayson

While helping with a Medical Brigade in the mountains of San Jose de Pane, a father rode up on a horse after 4 hours of travel with his 12-year-old son, Jeison.  This young boy was very sick… critically sick from a parasitic infection from drinking water from the local mountain streams.  This was the only water source that was available to them.  Two weeks later, Jeison was pronounced dead in a hospital in Tegucigalpa.  His entire colon was blocked from parasites and he went into liver failure.  My wife Kay cried for a week after hearing of the news that little Jeison passed away.

It was at that time that the Lord placed into our hearts to initiate “Project Jayson”.  We will do our best to insure that young lives (any lives) are not lost from this type of tragedy.  It is our intent to install and inservice as many of our Sawyer Inline Filters as possible to schools and communities.  Fifty ($50 USD) will purchase and install a system that will last for decades if maintained properly.  Water from these systems provice water that is 99.999% pure.  NO MORE TRAGEDIES.
